General Information
Q. Do we offer reseller or affiliate opportunities?
A.

Yes. It is our partners, both resellers and affiliates, that are helping to make us successful.

Resellers will have the opportunity to brand the product with their own look-n-feel, set their own pricing, sell and market our products via their own website, and generate a recurring monthly commission from every customer that signs up through them.

Affiliates will have an opportunity to promote our products and also generate sales commissions, with no strings attached.

Q. Are we CAN SPAM compliant?
A.

Yes. SPAM has become such a huge problem for everyone concerned. We are constantly monitoring the on-going issues related to the SPAM problem and are making every effort to keep our products in compliance with any laws being passed or technology changes being implemented.

We have built-in controls within every newsletter template to provide for an automated mechanism for a recipient of any newsletter to "un-subscribe". We do not attempt to hide or deceive the user as to the origin of where the email is being originated from or who it was sent from.

However, a big part of the burden rests with you, the actual account holder and user of the service. You must ensure that the names in your lists are valid opt-in subscribers and that you are abiding to our ANTI-SPAM policies. You need to make sure that the subject lines you define clearly and accurately describe the email itself. You also need to make sure that your content within the newsletter is appropriate for this service.

Q. Does anyone else have access to my subscriber list?
A.

Absolutely NOT! We consider your subscriber list as private, confidential and belonging to you, our client. Under no circumstances will we use your lists or contact anyone on your list without your consent. Your list will not be sold or be made accessible to third parties.

If you feel your list has been compromised, please notify us immediately and change the password for all users whom have access to your account.

Q. Can I print a hard copy of the newsletter?
A.

Yes. Our newsletters are created using HTML and thus are able to be opened and read by any standard web browser and most email clients. By using the print function of your browser you can obviously print the various pages of the newsletter to your printer using these standard controls.

However, most of our newsletter templates are made up of multiple pages navigated to by clicking on the various links contained within the newsletter. As a result you will need to open each page separately and print them accordingly. In the near future we hope to enhance our product by offering an optional PDF version of the newsletter, which will lend itself to more and better printing options.



Costs
Q. What does it costs?
A.

Our direct costs have very little to do with the quantity of names in your list, but rather our costs are more related to the bandwidth, processing, and reporting resources needed to send out each email. As a result, our pricing is based upon the total quantity of emails you send out each month.

For example; if you had 500 email addresses in your subscriber list and wanted to send out a newsletter to all 500 names once a week, then you would need to purchase the appropriate package to accomodate up to 2,000 (500 x 4) emails per month.

Q. Can I try it before I buy it?
A. Yes, we offer a FREE trial period to try out the product for a period of time. This gives you full access to ALL features of the product with the only restriction being the quantity of emails you are allowed to send for free during your free trial period. Refer to our pricing on our web site for more details.
Q. What if I need to go over my limit of emails?
A. In the event that you need to exceed your limit of emails, then the system will alert you to this fact at the time in which you are publishing. You will be given the option to agree to the overage charges as defined by your purchased subscription package, and then continue publishing only after you have supplied the system with a valid credit card to charge for the overage fees.
Q. Can I roll over my unused emails from one month to the next?
A. No. Our service is priced based upon a monthly usage. Any unused emails in one month does not roll over to the next month. In other words ..... use em or loose em.
Q. Do my bad or unsubscribed names count toward my total emails per month?
A. No. Emails are ONLY sent to active subscribers and the service only charges for emails sent. So any subscriber in your list that is marked as BAD, UNSUBSCRIBED, or INACTIVE will NOT be counted toward your monthly total.


Customization
Q. Can I customize my newsletter?
A.

Yes. The "standard" template that comes with each new account can be customized to include your own custom masthead which would typically include your company logo and company name. You can also change the color scheme and add your own personal footer and disclaimer at the bottom.

In addition we can also create a total custom design to match the look-n-feel of your web site or to just address your own personal requirements in the layout of your articles. Take a look at some of our samples or feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.

Q. Can my newsletter show up on my web site?
A.

Yes. Integrating the newsletter with your own web site is one of the most powerful features of our product. This is also one of the most unique features of our product that helps stand us apart from our competitors.

By integrating the newsletter on your web site, you can display the complete archive of ALL your published issues and their articles. This puts your newsletter on your web site using your domain name. The result is that you now have additional, totally dynamic, content that you control. This helps keep your web site from getting stagnant, and most of all it potentially can increase traffic to your web site via the search engines by providing additional content that the search engines can find on your web site.



Subscriber Lists
Q. Can I use my own email list?
A.

Yes. We support importing your existing subscriber lists from any compatible CSV file. This means that you can load all your existing contacts from Outlook, Goldmine, ACT, of other contact management software, directly into your subscriber list.

Note: It is important to read and understand our Anti-SPAM policy. Your imported email list MUST adhere to this policy.

Q. Will the same person ever receive 2 emails if they are on multiple lists?
A.

No. If you have setup multiple lists and have the same person on each of these lists, then this person will only receive one copy of the email.

For example; You have setup 2 subscriber lists called "Website Subscribers" and "Client List". John Doe at john@doe.com happens to be on BOTH lists. If you publish your newsletter to both lists at the same time, then John Doe will only receive one copy of the newsletter. However, if you publish to each list separately (thus publishing twice) then John Doe WILL receive a 2 copies of the newsletter, one copy for each list published.
